Cycles UK are an Independent Bike Retailer with 11 cycle stores in Essex, Kent, London, Watford and Norwich. Cycles UK stock the world's top bike brands including Specialized, Trek, Cannondale, Whyte and Merida.

  1. The structure of their campaign was not granular enough to link performance to margin and generate incremental sales growth.
  2. Budgets were not being maximised.
  3. Product feed issue and poor data quality led massive missed opportunity.

  1. Complete restructure of account, taking a granular approach creating campaigns for brand and category.
  2. Apply list of negatives to all campaigns, then continuing to build out the list by using the search terms to block out irrelevant terms.
  3. Pro active account management with can do client focused attitude.

The Results

Analytics, Adwords and client data now report accurately – this has enabled us to make sales leap forward – when we analyse 1 December 2017 to 28 February 2018 vs the same period we drove:
