Brief

Kemtron, a company specialising in EMI shielding and environmental shielding, recently launched a new, restructured website. They wanted to ensure the visibility of this site in order to receive maximum web traffic.

Climbing Trees were recommended to Kemtron by their web designer, who identified that now that they had a good website, they needed to ensure it was seen through SEO. David Wall from Kemtron said that ‘upon meeting Alex Holliman and hearing his explanation of the dark art of SEO and the benefits it would bring,’ he had the confidence to pick Climbing Trees as Kemtron’s SEO partner.

After receiving all the relevant information from Kemtron, Climbing Trees created a custom plan to increase the visibility of the site, keeping Kemtron in the loop at all times.

Delivery

Firstly, Kemtron told Climbing Trees about its competitors, brand values, business and customers, which is essential as it enables us to find the most suitable solution for our client and deliver to the highest possible standard. Because of this, we were able to gain a better understanding of what they needed and focus the targeted ads.

The data Climbing Trees received was converted into a plan covering Kemtron’s scope of work, target keywords, budget recommendations and LinkedIn targeting options, which we presented to the client before launching the campaign. Upon receiving feedback, we were ready to come up with an action plan.

Climbing Trees devised a five-tier plan for success:


1. Optimise all top tier pages for target keywords, product categories and product pages
2. Optimise all images on the site to maximise visibility in Google Image Search
3. Establish an immediate presence with the use of Google Ads
4. Remarket the website to visitors using the Google Display Network
5. Target specific companies and job roles (based on decision influencers at target companies)


The campaign covered Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn Ads and Google Analytics audit and conversion tracking set up. At every step of the way, Climbing Trees kept Kemtron informed and provided advice on keywords and monthly reports in order to ensure transparency.

Result

The aim of this campaign was to increase web traffic for Kemtron’s new website. So far, the outcome has been very positive. Kemtron has praised our understanding and service, which they described as ‘very comprehensive’ and ‘very personal’.
