At Climbing Trees, we are committed to an ethical and transparent onboarding process for all new clients.

As part of our ethical framework, we have established a policy that outlines the businesses and sectors we do not work with, including:

  • Adult services industry
  • Companies that avoid paying fair taxes
  • Companies that test on animals
  • Companies that charge high interest on loans / finance
  • Companies that offer payday loans
  • Companies offering unhealthy products aimed at children
  • Defence industry
  • Gambling industry
  • High carbon impact industries
  • High polluting industries
  • Meat and dairy industries
  • Tobacco and vaping industries

We believe that working with clients in these sectors conflicts with our values and ethics.

However, our decision not to work with clients is not limited to these sectors. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client that does not align with our ethical standards and values.

As an ethical and responsible business, we strive to promote positive social, environmental, and economic change. We believe that our policy of not working with clients in these sectors is an essential part of our commitment to ethical and responsible business practices. In doing this we acknowledge we are wholly imperfect and always aiming to do better.

During the onboarding process, we will provide clear and concise information about our services, fees, and terms and conditions. We encourage our clients to ask questions and seek clarification at any time to ensure a transparent and honest relationship.

We value building a long-term relationship with our clients based on trust, mutual respect, and shared values.

We thank you for considering working with us, and we look forward to building a mutually beneficial relationship based on trust, transparency, and shared values.
